This is an 8 week programme for exploring types and methods of meditation. Each session is an hour long.
Aimed at beginners or those who would like to try different techniques, it is a chance to experiment with and explore various types of meditation to see what you like and what is helpful including: mantra visualisation forgiveness/loving kindness/ho'oponopono mindfulness dharana mandala
These are recorded sessions and NOT beamed live, so you do not need to be present for them in real time. They will be sent to you via email once per week, which gives you time to practise the 'technique of the week' before moving on.
You will be able to join a closed group (if you are on Facebook) that has other support materials and items of interest that will help you on your journey as you introduce yourself to meditation. Otherwise, these additional materials will be sent to you via email. There is an expectation (for your own development and learning) for you to do 10-15 minutes practice every day during the week before the next session.
It is a "rolling" programme so you can JOIN ANYTIME YOU WISH as there is no start and end to the course.
